This Privacy Policy explains how Carrot On The Horse, Inc. ("CarrotOnTheHorse," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at https://carrot-on.horse (the "Site"), join our waitlist, contact us, or express interest in our products and services.

This policy covers our public website and landing page. Our product is not yet generally available; when it launches, we will publish an expanded policy covering data processed within the product itself. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may submit a request, or designate an authorized agent to do so, using the contact details above.

Visitors in the EU/UK and elsewhere. If you are located in a region with data protection laws such as the GDPR, you may have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We process the personal information of visitors from these regions consistent with applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consensus on how to interpret these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We will update this section if that changes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
